This 21.5 km (one way) trip leads through rolling farm country and while the shoreline is only a short side-trip away, Lake Huron is not visible. Inverhuron Provincial Park is along the route and affords some excellent hiking and off-road trails, while the Bruce Power Information Centre is an exciting attraction with many interactive exhibits and displays, which tell the story of nuclear power generation and the plant's history in Bruce County. The adjacent community of Tiverton has several good restaurants, variety stores and hand-dipped ice cream.

Inverhuron Provinical Park is a day park with a beach for swimming.

Return to Kincardine or carry on north to Port Elgin.

Kincardine to Point Clarke
This 16.5 km (one way) route takes you along the Lake Huron shoreline and cottage row leading out of Kincardine, then up on top of the former shoreline, affording an overview of Lake Huron on one side, and flat to rolling farmland on the other. Nearing Point Clark, the route travels down the former shoreline slope and meanders through some beautiful residential areas interspersed with woods and walking trails. The Point Clark Lighthouse is an interesting spot and its museum is rich with the area's marine heritage.
