Chedoke Rail Trail

Hamilton is known as the City of Waterfalls - 125 of them! Dozens of falls can be found in Stoney Creek, Ancaster, Dundas, Hamilton and Flamborough. There are five major bike routes that take cyclists past a number of falls such as the Escarpment Rail Trail, Dofasco Trail Loop, Tews Falls Circuit, Chedoke Rail Trail and Hamilton-Brantford Rail Trail.

Hamilton has grown into a cycling-friendly community and today it provides a combination of off-road multi-use paths, on-street dedicated bike lanes and on-street signed bike routes for recreational riders and commuters alike. And if you tire halfway through your ride, conveniently hop on HSR bus, all of which are now equipped with bike racks on their front bumpers.
