MississaugaThe City of Mississauga is Canada's 6th largest city. Located on the shores of Lake Ontario, its diversity and innate beauty make Mississauga a preferred destination. Mississauga has 23 major trail systems including part of the 780 km waterfront trail running from Niagara-on-the-Lake to the Quebec border.

Trails and Tours

Cooksville Creek Trail
This trail provides a quiet escape right in downtown Mississauga. From Shipp Drive south of Rathburn you will find the trail head behind the first office building. Cooksville Creek Trail is a combination of paved trail, gravel trail and road connections leading all the way south to Lakeshore Road and the Waterfront Trail.

Etobicoke Creek Trail
From the lakefront in Marie Curtis Park the trail extends north to the QEW. The next section starts north of Dundas Street to Centennial Park. The remaining section starts from Eglington Avenue to the south side of Hwy 401.

David J Culham Trail and Riverwood
From Dundas Street east of Mississauga Road the trail starts in Erindale Park and extends north of Britannia Road to Pine Cliff Drive. The Trail provides access to Riverwood at Burnhamthorpe Road. Riverwood is a 150 acre natural area with a rich history of its previous owners MacEwan, Chappell, Bird and Zaichuk. It is also home to Visual Arts Mississauga and Mississauga Garden Council.

Waterfront Trail
The Mississauga section of the waterfront trail extends from the west at Lakeshore Road by Lakeview Park to Etobicoke Creek. It is a combination of paved trail and road connections.

Pinchin Farm
Formerly an apple orchard, 45 acres located on eastside of Mississauga Road north of Hwy 403 and south of Eglington Ave. Currently undeveloped parkland. Available to the public to take a stroll through a peaceful, natural environment.
