As part of the World Heritage Frontenac Arch Biosphere, South Frontenac provides a unique cycling experience from both a geographic and cultural heritage perspective. The character of the landscape is best discovered by cycling along its network of paved roads that connect with two major multi-use trails, the Cataraqui Trail and the Kingston & Pembroke (K&P) Trail. South Frontenac Cycling Routes

Kingston & Wolfe Island

This ride will take you on a tour of historic downtown Kingston, along the waterfront and to Wolfe Island for an afternoon at the beach. Starting at City Hall in Kingston, follow the scenic route along Kingston’s Waterfront Trail.

Cornwall to Morrisburg

This fun leisure ride along the St. Lawrence Seaway and Waterfront Trail makes for an excellent single or multi-day cycling vacation and can start in several locations providing options for shorter ride distances.
